As a long term supplier to top restaurants, cafes and hotels in Melbourne and greater Geelong with our frozen yum cha dumplings, our delectable quality is second to none. Our amazing team are all dedicated chefs and cooks with abundant of previous working experience in popular Asian restaurants and food services.
Not only do we produce the classic yum cha dumplings and quintessential dishes, we work closely with many of restaurant customers to develop new delicious dumplings that suits their cuisines. We have a passion for sharing good food.
All our premium dim sum and yum cha range for both retail and wholesale customers, are prepared onsite at our kitchen workshop in Blackburn, Melbourne’s East. We take pride in the quality we produce and maintaining high standards with our health and safety procedures. We then pre-pack and freeze for your convenience. Our yum cha dumplings are easy to prepare at home and quick to have a tasty meal.
All customers are welcome to pick up from our kitchen workshop in Blackburn which is very convenient for surrounding suburbs Nunawading, Box Hill, Mitcham, Mont Albert, Balwyn, Ringwood, Glen Waverley, Doncaster, Bulleen, Burwood, Camberwell, Kew, Hawthorn but we also offer a delivery service for our wholesale customers and can service all Melbourne suburbs and including Greater Geelong.
